The final stage of our Local Plan’s Examination, the Main Modifications consultation, is now over and Mole Valley is now in the process of commenting on the representations received on the proposed changes to our draft Plan, following the seven-week public consultation (closed on 23 April).
Mole Valley is due to send the representations and comments to the Inspector next week. The next stage will see the Inspector write a report that sets out whether our draft Plan is sound. All being well, that published report will be considered by Full Council in the autumn.
